Hi, this is my first post here and recent Beverly supplement customer.

I was curious to know if Beverly has changed their Chocolate flavor recently? I recently consumed the UMP Chocolate flavor that I purchased at the Beverly International booth at the 2009 Arnold Class Expo a few months ago. It was DELICIOUS. I then re-purchased the same supplement at a local vitamin shoppe and the taste was totally different (same flavor). Was something changed recently, perhaps an ingredient (or two)? The scoop contained in the first tub I bought was much slimmer and smaller compared to the second tube I bought at vitamin shoppe one. Don't know if it was packaged at an earlier time, but I can't take the taste now.

Can someone please give me an insight? Any feedback is much appreciated.

Yeah the UMP chocolate AND cookies and cream have both been changed recently.

UMP Chocolate's flavor and mixability was enhanced in January. The UMP Chocolate that you purchased at the Arnold which as you said is "DELICIOUS" is the newer current version. What you purchased at the Vitamin Shoppe is the previous version that they still had in stock. To properly rotate stock they would sell all of the previous version before converting to the new. They should now have the current version in stock as well. FYI, the newer - better mixing - version is a bit finer texture which required a slightly different scoop to yield the correct serving amount.
