There's something missing from here because caffeine is in the green tea and I think it is a tri-stack. Anyway, cayenne is good for that just by itself!

NO WAY!!! I made mistake of taking on empty stomach other morning and thought someone was stabbing me in the belly...and drinking water only makes it worse..lol
