tj start with a good diet plan. 6 meals per day. There are many articles here to help. I would do 3 whole meals and 3 shakes if you are really busy if you can get more whole meals protein based ie sub out tuna for a shake do it. But diet is key not supplements. I would do lean out to start and 7 keto when fatloss stalls. I would recomend ump for protein. good luck.
