Hello,
Needed some advice on best stack to drop bodyfat and weight. 6'2" 263lbs with 28% bodyfat. I dont know if this matters but I do wear that bodybugg device and have been burning avg of 4200 cals a day. I am consuming close to 2500 a day. I am following the eating and supplementation below currently for the last 2 weeks. I feel great and have dropped weight but want to make sure Im getting the full potential out of the supplements.
