Has anyone used Pyruvate for fat loss...
And what does everyone use with regards to supplements the last couple of weeks to get the fat off (besides cardio and diet of course! :-)) |

Hi RW,
I'm guessing you mean a couple weeks out from a show? At this point you already should be in contest condition, or very close to it. Beginning a supplement strategy at this stage of preparation for fat loss purposes, would have been more effective had it begun 4-5 weeks prior. At this point, (2 weeks out) you don't want to do anything drastic or employ a "shotgun" approach which may catabolize muscle. Beverly's Muscle Mass, Energy Reserve( pre, during, and post workout), Bev's Muscularity with each meal, and, if you can afford it, 4-5 Muscle Mass between meals will dramatically enhance your contest condition. If you are using Ultra 40 Liver, doubling up the dosage the final week would also be advantageous. Good luck and let us know how you do Aram |
