Tomorrow marks the 4 weeks out point. I still have 6-8lbs to loose to hit the target weight that me and my prep coach want to get down to so thats 1.5-2lbs a week. I currently have GH factor and I am going to start Energy reserve soon. I was wondering if adding muscle synergy would be over kill or would it help me keep muscle while loosing that last bit of fat? If you guys think I should get it then I will. Also how should I use those three supplements for effective weight loss and muscle retention? Thanks for the help.

GH and ER will help. Muscle Synergy could help improve nitrogen retention too.

But make sure diet and cardio are spot on.

The best way to take ER is with meals. It would be a good idea to take it with EVERY meal. I personally take a half tab with every meal along with 1 Slin-Trol... all in all, I get 1800-2100mg of L-Carnitine split through out the day!! This has worked GREAT for me!

Muscle Synergy would be a GREAT idea if you wanna hold on to your lean mass in the final stages. The Creatine, Arginine, and HMB in particular are very anti-catabolic agents!

great for retaining lean tissue but if your looking to hit that 2 lbs per week mark it may not let you seeit unless youre talking about just fat loss. thats a lot of fat in 1 week for me. i hold weight when on synergay and can mess with my head. ask roger and jason my body stays stuck at weight on synergy when i drop it i lose fast. doesnt mean i dont lose fat at same time though. sorry for rambling.

Synergy prevents muscle loss and has nothing to do with fat loss...Correct?

Yes, it is anti-catabolic. Holds onto lean mass like crazy. HOWEVER, with the right caloric enviornment, it will promote strength and muscular gains. Fantastic product... maybe not for technical "weight loss" though

You are correct, Joe was just saying, it holds him pretty steady in weight at times, but it doesnt mean he isnt losing fat, he was just point out if you add it be cognizant of all factors not just the scale.

I remember when we dropped it for a bit with Joe and he was down 3 lbs immediately, we put it back in immediatley too.
