How long before a workout should you take your pre workout shake?

well here's what mine consists of and I drink half before the workout and then the rest during the workout!
But before i leave the house and warm up I also like to have some food as well, real small portion though- like 1/4 c of oatmeal w/ 3/4 of VP2 now that I am in precontest mode!!
Pre/During Workout Drink- 2.9g Creatine (4.5g carbs), 5g Citrulline Malate,
11g Whey (Primaforce), 7g AAKG, 20g-BCAAS Powder, 1 scoop Glutamine Select + BCAAS
Post Workout- 2.9g Creatine (4.5g carns), 5 g Citulline Malate, 11g Whey (Primaforce),
7g AAKG, 15g BCAAS Powder, 2 scoops Glutamine Select + BCAAS

1 hour later after i finish my post workout drink, I eat my first real whole food meal,
which is 1/3 c of Fat free refried beans, 3 oz of ground turkey breast, 2 oz of ground 96% beef, and 1 oz of Kraft Fat free cheese! Totals on that-45/14/3-265 cal!!

I'll throw up if I have a preworkout shake. (Anyone else have this "problem"?). The only time I'll have something before my workout is 30 min, a high carb creatine/Muscle Synergy mix.
