My last Competition was in September and I have been on a clean bulk since then. I was 200 for the show at 4.5% and now I am 245 at 11%. Now I want to do a 2 week cut diet to drop some fat and maybe get down .5-1%...

My question is what beverly supplement(s) do you recommend I use during the two weeks so I dont loose any muscle I heard muscle synergy is great is there anything else I dont know about

Forgot to tell you guys I will be using Ultra 40 and Mass Aminos because they were a part of my pre contest diet and I am going to use that same diet for the two weeks.

Cutting up...if you don't have Lean Out, that is probably your best for starting points. Energy Reserve is good at any time, but really works best after you've begun contest dieting and about midway point. Lean Out gets the fat out.

how about density, or bcaa's..should definately help you preserve muscle while on a calorie restricted diet...density has also made me hold on to my strenghts gains despite cutting weight so far..been using density now for almost a month at ten tablets immediate post workout, and sipping on a bcaa solution during workout. after i get home from workout about 15-20 minutes after taking density i consume a mp shake. Hope that helps, just they way i do it..many others on this board are far more advanced and iam sure will help you out, good luck!
