Sorry if this is redundant. I feel confused... I have been in 3 Figure shows and plan to do 2 more this fall October 25 & Nov. 9th, 2008, INBF. My last show was Oct, 07. I wanted to give myself a year to put on some more muscle. Show weight was 117 current weight 137. I am 40 yrs old. My current diet:
Upon waking: 2 scoops muscle provider & 1 banana. 1 tribulus cap.
Meal 2: 2 omega eggs & 1/2 c. raw oats
Meal 3: 2 cup veggies & 1/2 chicken breast
Meal 4: 1 cup egg whites & 1/2 c. raw oats.
Pre-workout 1 scoop MP & 1/2 banana. Sup- 7 muscle synergy & scoop creatine select, 1 tribulus cap.
Meal 5: Post-workout-2 scoops muscle provider, 1/2 sweet potato. Sup- 7 muscle synergy, 1 scoop creatine select, 1 tribulus cap.
Meal 6: 1/2 chicken breast, 2 cups green vegetables.
I am new to Beverly what do I need to do to gain optimal size in the time I have left and when to start diet? I lift 5 days week & mod. walk on incline 20 min. following workouts. What plan, sups should I follow when dieting down?

Well you are correct, Beverly is the BEST! Now, a few things about your diet. What are the portion sizes? You say 1/2 chicken breast, does that mean 2oz, 4oz, 8oz etc?? The diet really doesn't look to bad at all, as long as your portion size is correct.

What is your goal at the moment? When do you start your pre-contest diet? Are you trying to "build a little muscle" right now?

Your current plan really doesn't look to shabby, but you NEED to add more fats. Throw in a salad with one of your meals and add 2 tbsp of olive oil/vinegar. At your current weight and bodyfat levels you are close to your caloric intake for building size, however, you have to post your portion size for the chicken breast. How many egg whites is in a half cup??

Another nifty trick you can do is ditch the MP after your workout and have this meal: 4 oz. Lean Beef (ground or lean steak), 6 oz. Sweet Potato with your creatine select and trib.

You don't really need to take as much Muscle Synergy as you are doing. Because of your size you can get away with 5 tabs before and 5 tabs after, maybe even less. Also, you are ingesting WAY TOO MUCH Creatine daily. You are to small to be utilizing even a thrid of that!!! Cut the creatine to a TOTAL of less than 5 grams a day, and you can split it up as you need (even 5 grams a day is way to much for a woman your size). There is also Creatine in Muscle Synergy so work the math out correctly.

The only other advice I can give is to add a Super Pack to your first meal. And for the time being adjust your macros so that you can afford yourself 4 Mass and 4 Ultra 40 with every meal!! That is Bodybuilding's best kept secret!!

Why do you do MP and a Banana for your first meal?? If you eat right away in the morning anyways, why not switch meals 1 and 2 around? That makes more sense to me. I understand the "starving muscle upon awakening" theory, but as long as you eat right away anyways, why not do it from whole food sources?

AGREE! Switch those two and vary your foods. I hope this is not 24/7.

Thank you for the information. I forgot to say I have 3 tbsp MCT oil daily 1 with each shake and one with my 3rd meal (usually for veggies I have salad). Chicken breast 4oz per half and ehh whites 1c. I buy he liquid whites haven't had a chance to look. Good idea about switching meals 1 & 2 I assumed fast digesting was the way to go in the morning. Also like the beef idea in place of 2nd shake. I plan to diet 20 weeks goal is a slow 1 lb a week until contest (oct, 25, 08) in order to maintain as much size as possible. The stack you suggested sounds good will give it a try. I would love to put on as much size as I can. I realize my time is limited now... will it still help? What should I use for my 20 weeks of dieting to help preserve muscle and take off the fat? How will it differ from the last 6 weeks?

No matter what phase of dieting you are currently in, the Mass and Ultra 40 stack is super POTENT!! Particularly if your goal is 'size' this will be a savior for you!

Just so you know, I tell this story to everybody, I was 8 weeks into dieting for a show and losing size way to fast. Looked up Beverly products, got me some Mass/Ultra 40 to take along with all my meals... BOOM... eight pounds of lean mass gained in 1.5 weeks!!! Can you believe that!?? I haven't stopped taking that stack since 2003...
