I am participating in my first figure competition on April 4, 2009. Let me say this is truly a great experience. However, I love to do multisports (swim, bike, run's). The longer and harder the challenge, the more I feed on it. I am an ex-smoker and traded this addiction for another. My question is this, I am currently taking Beverly supplements and want to know what I should stick with for endurance. Right now I am on - 7-keto musclean, Lean out, Density, Ultra 40, EFA gold, Ultra 40, Glutamine, and UMP (Chocolate). I was going to stick with UMP and the Glutamine, but is there a combination of supplements you have for the endurance racer (I will still be lifting on cross training days too). Thanks, this chat site has been really helpful!

It looks like you have your basis covered with your supplements. If endurance support is what you are looking for, I would stick with Lean Out, Energy Reserve, Up-Lift, and Ultra40. Those would be the ones more specific to your endurance goals.... but then again, I guess it depends on what your diet is like during your "Endurance" phase

My diet will consist of a little more carbs from fruit, and whole grain pasta's, breads, rice, and nuts. I want to stick the figure diet during the week, but also add a little more carbs in on the days I know that I will be swimming, biking and/or running any distance.
Good suggestions on the supplements, thank you! I like them and they have really helped me during this time to prepare for the figure competition on April 4.

Then I'll see ya there. Be sure to keep an eye out for me as I will be one of the few female BB'ers. I look forward to meeting you sister!

Wow, you have fruit, pasta, bread, rice and nuts in your diet? That's rare for any competitor, even more so at about 2 weeks out from the competition.

No that will be after competition, but I am eating 1/4 cup of blueberries in the morning, and twice a week a banana. Otherwise It has been kind of rough for me. I usually do multisports (triathlete). I will be wearing brown, and will be with the 5'6" girls. I am excited and would really love to meet you. I will for sure watch for you. thanks

Ok, I envy you even with the 1/4 cup of blueberries. It's amazing how much I miss fruit, and I have been craving bananas something fierce lately. Cantelope is a close second. LOL.

I will be sure to keep an eye out for ya. I'm there if you need me to help with the bikini bite, glaze, whatever. So don't hesitate to call on me.

Dammit Joe, you had to go and mention a Mango. They were the highlight of my day when they got them in the chowhalls in Kuwait and Iraq. Love em.

OK, now the two of you will have to stop! I am really missing the fruit too. I really enjoy eating clean, and I miss having my apples, mangos, strawberries, pears, all of it on a more regular basis. OK, focus, come on, one more week!!! LOL Thank you AF Chiq for your offer to help. I appreciate it.
