First I would just like to Say hello to everyone so Howdy to all. I am 29 years old I have a basic understanding of what to eat and not to eat. and I am pretty knowledgeable about exercise I have just
started last week on a MMA based work out plan. I am at 220lbs at 5'11" 28% body fat my goal is to get to 180-190lbs at 5% body fat I am not look to compete as a bodybuilder I just want to look my best and be my best and I may step in to the cage when I get in better shape. I am about to make my first order from Beverly I plan to get the following:UP-LIFT,UMP,7-Keto,Lean Out,QUADRACARN,and CREATINE SELECT. I want to burn fat a lot of it and keep what muscle I have and of course be shredded. Any Suggestions one the supplements I have listed should I add something else or leave on off and add another? any advice will be considered and appreciated very much thank you all for your time.

First, go to page 30 of the recent No Nonsense that we just mailed you. If you haven’t received it yet, you’ll get it any day. I address a very similar question that we received from another guy here on the board.

Since your goal has even more emphasis on the fat loss side of things, prioritizing 7-Keto, Lean Out and Quadracarn like you’ve done is a good thing.

To be realistic with you, going from 28% down to 5% will be a long term goal. It may take well over a year of 100% discipline. 5% at 190 is what a winning competitor would step onstage at, so you’ll need to eat, supplement and train like a competitive bodybuilder even though you don’t plan on stepping on stage. To explain what those numbers mean; to go from 220 28% down to 190 5%, you will have to gain 21 lbs of muscle and lose 51 lbs of fat. That’s a net body composition change of 72 lbs. This is possible, but I would recommend breaking it down into smaller sub goals to get things moving. Like first trying to get under 20%. Go to our main page at www.bodybuildinworld.com and click on the Search Beverly tool. Type in EZ Dieting. This article will teach you how to build your own diet that’s appropriate for your bodyweight.

You’re on the right track. The stack you’ve selected is perfect, so you must have been doing some reading.

Good luck,
Steven
