ive not been training long and have started using BI products and have seen great effects been doing a bit of research on a romour i heard....acai berry, any body heard of this? its meant to be a great fat stripper but i have never used it. anybody have more info?
Acai berry is well-known for its high ORAC value. I'm sure you've seen the many products over the past 2 or more years that are publicizing the fact that they now have a little of this berry in them. It is good for you, but there are also other viable alternatives if it is ORAC that you are looking for.
I can't speak to its effectiveness as a fat burner.
Most if not all acai berry supps will do absolutely nothing for you in terms of fat loss. Great antioxidant but so is every other fruit and vegetable.
Acai products are highly over marketed for their miracle benefits which frankly are BS. Furthermore, the chances that you are actually getting acai in these supps is almost nonexistent. You're likely paying a lot of money for raspberry or blue berry extract.
You'd be much better off with utilizing a Fat Loss Diet from this site in conjunction with 7-Keto MuscLean, Lean Out and/or Quadracarn. Also, make sure that your resistance training and cardio training are conducive to fat loss.
