I wanted to know if I am over doing it If took 7 Keto in the Morning and then with every meal I took GH factor, Lean out, and Energy Reserve. Then at night I take ZMA before bed for two weeks? My main goal is to drop weight and then go back to regualr supplementation. Any guidance woould be great....

The supplementation will be a minor assistance, but the weight loss you are seeking will result only from a solid diet and workout plan. In a two week period, the focus should be on incorporating one of the Beverly plans that meet your goals. Following the plan along with the recommeded supplementation will be the easiest and most effective path to losing fat and gaining lean mass.

The best results with supplementation will be taking the GH Factor 30 min before eating. The ER/LeanOut can be done either way, 30 min before or with the meal. ZMA and GH Factor shouldn't be taken with food, always on an empty stomach.

During contest prep I've always used GH Factor,Lean Out, Energy Reserve, and Muscularity. But I gravitated towards more unconventional means regarding their use. I began concentrating these supplements during the final 8 weeks only, and I began noticing amazing results by taking the majority of them centered around the workout. So, a typical protocol for me would be:
Pre Workout: 10-12 Lean Out, 4 Energy Reserve, 10 Muscularity. During Workout: 14 Muscle Synergy, 8 GH Factor, 4 Energy Reserve. Post Workout: 10 Muscularity, 4 Energy Reserve, I'll also use Muscularity upon wakeup, between meals, and before bed. Beverly has the most potent supplements in the industry, IMO, so I figured what better time to use them then during the workout itself. ARAM, im currently doing 4 shakes,three meals 8liver per meal,6mass per meal,superpack and 20mass during workout..how far out from my next contest show i take muslurity? i would like to take them during my workout and would you still stack it with the mass

Is this your typical offseason sup protocol? When is your next projected show? Generally, dependant on your conditioning, I'd substitute Muscularity for Mass Amino's at 6-8 weeks out. yeah that is my off season program..to be honest was never much for taking supplements but since taking bev interl products im hooked..only recently started taking mass during workout after reading one of yo posting..last show was a first in the NPC northern mich bb champ and first time doing the grandmaster which i won a couple of weeks ago..before that i did NANBF which i did pretty good in the open and taking first in the master..im looking at a new one coming here called OCB..next showing? im shooting for end of march- may.
