Has the Beverly Team every thought of making a protein/MRP Bar avalible. All these other suppliment companys come out with protein bars with Soy and high carbs and low protein.

Im possitive that if you guys came out with a protein/MRP that it would sell.

(I know you can make bars with the shakes and that the UMP and Ultra Size can be used as MRP's but a protein/MRP bar is very convenient, I mean you cant put a shake in your pocket. This is the only thing that I think is missing)

I've seen someone else ask that question on this board. Some of the members said they tried to make a bar but it would not meet Beverly's expectations. I'm guessing it takes a lot of garbage to make a bar form into a solid shape.

The way I understant it, in order to make a protein bar consistent in texture, they either have to put a high amount of sugars or fat in it.

We’ve thought about making a bar for years. It basically comes down to 1) Quality and 2) Price. For us to put the Beverly name on a bar it would have to be made with the highest quality ingredients; at a price that would be realistic and affordable. We haven’t found a way to do both yet. To date I think the best price we’ve been able to get for a bar meeting our standards is $6.00-$8.00 a bar.

We know that we could make just any protein bar today and people would buy them…tons of them. It could potentially mean huge sales and profits for Beverly. But, until we can make one that meets the high standards that we all appreciate so much in Beverly products we just don’t feel its right to do so.

How many companies do you know of in any industry that would set aside the opportunity to make a lot of money to pursue the best interests of the clients?

Hope this sheds some light.

Thanks Larry.

As important as our reputation is, YOU are just as important. We care too much about our clients to bring out anything less than what they/you/I...all Beverly clients deserve!
