So i just started taking muscle synergy for the first time. Brian wiefering recommended them to me. 10 pre-workout and i must say its my new favorite supplement. Im currently taking Creatine, Glutamine Muscle Synergy, UMP and Muscle Provider. I can honestly say just combining the Creatine, Glutamine and MS for a week i can tell a huge diffrence already. Oh im also taking 3 grams of L-Carnitine daily.

It is by far my favorite supplement. Possibly the most effective supplement I've ever used. It always delivers, particularly when calories are low and you are zeroing in on a show. I almost NEVER lose any strength in the gym, and have even set some PR's while dieting down. Amazing.

At what point are you in dieting? 3 gms Carnitine, is most effective in the final 1/2 of the contest dieting down.

Brian knows what he's doing...so if he's told you to take 3gms, that's a good thing.
