Like to start of by saying hello my name is jimmy been lifting for about 2yrs on & off with taking only protein and little diet. starting off aging got really encourage with BI and no nonsense mag i just receive my second one and I am hooked, I am taking my diet info from mag 14 4 and going follow it, my supplement list are ump, mp, uplift, creatine, mass amino, ultra40, density, glutamine select, and quadracarn. thinking about replacing quadracarn with synergy is my first perches list ever should I modify my list add or subtract a product my goal is size and rip.
