I workout twice a day weights then cardio (2 separate workouts) What is the best way to take Quadracarn if you workout twice a day?
Would it be best to take 3 before weight training, 3 before cardio and 3 with last meal?
OR
Suggested Usage: 3 at breakfast, 3 before weights and 3 with last meal? (Leaving nothing before cardio)
I think it would be better to take it before the 2nd workout(cardio) rather then breakfast but I don't know enough about it what do you guys and gals think?
The main thing is to spread your Quadracarn usage out so that one or more of the analogs is working. Before morning cardio is just as effective as with first meal.
Quadracarn is ok to take with any Beverly product. Stacking 7-Keto, Lean Out and Quadracarn is tremendously effective for fat loss. None of the products in the line have negative interactions with one another.
Another beneficial usage for Quadracarn would be to stack it with BCAA's, Beverly's Muscle Mass pre and post training... it will yield greater recovery, increase net metabolism and possibly the best result for last, helps shift the normal fuel source from glycogen to FAT utilization. That's a grand slam. If you don't have Quadracarn, but use Energy Reserve, that will also work successfuly.
I am starting a stack of 7 Keto, Lean Out and Quadracarn tomorrow. Roger's article in the May/June issue of Planet Muscle had me ready for the 7 Keto / Lean Out stack, then Quadracarn came around the corner just in time! The article in NNN Volume 14, Number 2 made the decision for me to try the 3-way stack. I bet it's a better 3-way than Gold Start Chili has!

ok today is the first day i felt amazing and wide awake. i also worked from 11 am to now which is 336am. just got quadracarn today at 1130. took twelve tabs throughout the day. coincidence???
