Hello Rachel, I was wondering if you could set me up on a supplement program to get the results i am looking for. I weighed in yesterday at 202#, 21.4% BF,and 42# FM. I am 36 years old and have been working out almost everyday. I have seen alot of results with just protein and amino acids. I think i am redy for a change. I am probably never going to compete unless a miracle happens. I just want to get in the best shape i can for my children. I am looking to get to about 180# and 15% BF. I want to focus on my arms ,chests. I would like to put on alot of muscle if i can. I have been working my but off going from 242#, 29% BF to what i am now in 6 months. So you can see i am pretty dedicated. Its amazing how much better you feel when you are in better shape. Thanks for all your help. If anyone else has any suggestions i am open. Thanks for all your help. Carl

Wow, you’ve seen some great results so far. Congratulations.
You said you were using protein and aminos…I’m assuming Beverly? For building as much muscle and strength as you can take a look at the following options: BASIC 1. UMP or Ultra Size (2-3 scoops) with a couple tbsp of heavy cream and mixed in water for meal replacement. 2. 2-3 scoops Mass Maker + 1 scoop UMP or US mixed in water post training. 3. Creatine Select – 1 scoop with each meal for 5 days (mixed in water); then a scoop 1st thing in the morning and a scoop before training or on non training days before an afternoon meal. 4. A Super Pak vitamin with meal #1. ADD TO TAKE TO NEXT LEVEL (if you can take tablets) 1. Mass & Ultra 40 – take 4-5 with each meal and shake 2. Glutamine Select – 2-3 scoops mixed in water and sipped duiring training IF YOU WANT TO GO ALL OUT WITH RESULTS 1. Muscle Synergy – 8 first thing in the am and 8 before training or on non training days before an afternoon meal (taken on an empty stomach) Take a look at the links below as well for diet help, supplement info and training programs. http://www.beverlyinternational.net/productpdfs/pdfcatalog.html - our online supplement guide for a ready reference on every Beverly International supplement. http://www.bodymusclejournal.com/vol09/ez_diet.html - this is the template upon which most Beverly International programs are designed.
