Hi guys,
I have decided to take a step away from doing figure shows for a while and focus on racing and other things. With this said, it is still a primary goal of mine to stay lean and get the weights in. Right now my nutrition is pretty good with 1 or possibly 2 cheat meals per week. Should I be taking Lean Out when I have these cheat meals? If so, how should I take it?

Lean Out is a great fat loss/retention product for a competitor or non competitor. I take 2 with every meal almost all year long. It helps you retain lean muscle and activate your stored bodyfat to be burned as fuel. It also helps with our insulin response to foods and keeps blood sugar levels stable. When I have a cheat meal I take about 4 caps to help my insulin response to extra “bad” food.
