| Depends on your goals. Most take Ultra 40's with each meal to increase the amino acid profile of that meal. As for dosage the norm is 1 tab per pound of body weight or lean body mass so for you 14 would be sufficient or if you eat six times a day take two to three with each meal. Also, if you are closely tracking calories be sure to include these I believe there is about 2 grams of protein per tab. Another instance to use them may be if you are on a strict contest diet. Many may not use them till their contest diet gets very strict and they need to endure they have a steady supply of aminos and not to mention all the b-vitamins and heme iron that come along with them as well. As for the synergy with your size 16 a day should be sufficient. |

| well i had a client who had blood check with severe anemia. the ygave her a blood transfusion right away. it raised her 1 point. i gave her a half bottle of ultra 40 and within 2 weeks her levels had risen quadruple what the transfusion did. she loves the 40s and cant believe how much better she feels. neither could her doctor. ahh the power of food. they said a folic acid supplement could take months to raise her levels. ultra 4o did it in weeks. needless to say she is very impressed
