Brian, In short, yes. Most males can benefit from taking 3 tabs 3x per day. For persons weighing over 200lbs I would recommend bumping that dose up to 3 tabs 4x per day. Most supplements are essentially like food. A 200lb person would need more than 150lb person. CR
I like to take them around meals, training and bed. Looks like this with my schedule: 8 am Breakfast 1 pm Lunch 4:30 pm Pre Training 7:30 pm Dinner 10-11 pm with ZMA about 1/2 hour before the last meal of the day. Hope that helps. CRThis message has been edited. Last edited by: CR,
Love the carn!!! Switched from taking GH Factor to Quadracarn. Been taking it religiously for 3 weeks now. Love the energy and overall feeling I am getting from this product. Note that I started at 14% bodyfat and am currently 7%. I have done this in about 16 months. Quadracarn is a good product that I have added to my arsenal.
