Fat Loss Stack - Is it safe

Im starting a fat loss stack next week. Doing research now and asking questions so I don't mess up anything. Let me know if this is ok or too dangerous.

Goal - Lose fat/retain muscle

Yohimbine HCL
Synephrine HCL
7 Keto
Lean out
Quadracam

If you are healthy, your stack is probably safe for you. However, we once had synephrine in our 7-Keto and removed it because our research showed that it did not improve the effectiveness of 7-keto and there could be potential ill effects involved if one was not healthy to begin with.

Yohimbine - we never thought the potential risk was worth the potential benefit. We have had many clients over the years who tried it as we monitored them and it really never proved itself to us.

Lean Out and Quadracarn, on the other hand, will both actually improve your health but your calories should be below your maintenance level to take proper advantage of the fat transport properties of each.

The research on 7 Keto is just tremendous - you will lose 3 times more fat over the course of the diet with 7 Keto than without.

Whether you need yohimbine or synephrine is up to you. You'll hear all kinds of advantages but we at Beverly have access to every ingredient out there and are not currently using either in our formulations. I would use yohimbine HCL for two days and then 7keto for 2 days, rotating back and forth. That way the body dont' get used to either one. For me yohimbine seemed to work better but both are good thats why i rotated them.

The body does not get used to 7 Keto. It can be used for months without losing effectiveness. In all of the research 7 Keto was used continuously 200 mg per day in divided doses of 100mg (3 capsules twice daily)for 8-12 weeks and longer. To cycle it like that would be very counterproductive with no benefit.
