What are the pros and cons of taking Muscle Synergy and Lean Out at the same time?

as far as interactions I dont think there are concerns.

But they really shouldnt be taken to much together since Synergy requires empty stomach and lean out is generally taken with meals.

I take synergy like this when dieting:

4 in morning, 4 prior to workout and 4 prior to bed, sometimes I take all certerned around workouts too.

Lean Out would be generally taken with meals.
