Does anybody have a thoughts on how long after you eat anything you can take ZMA. i'm told to take it on an empty stomach. My last meal is 2 1/2 hours before bed and i often take a scoop of UMP just before i hit the sack.

Take it about 20-30 minutes before you have your MP. It's best on an empty stomach and that usually occurs within the two hours of eating.
