I have been using primarily UMP and MP as my protein source. Wondering if anyone is still using ultrasize and, if so, how they are using it.. (ie. meal replacement, pudding, etc)

I have been thinking of also incorporating Ultrasize into my diet regimen but not sure if this would make sense.

Hello Billsupp....

I believe Beverly is not producing anymore Ultrasize or will stop producing it.....not sure though, maybe someone else in this board can clarify. Otherwise, you would use it the same as UMP.

I personally liked making crepes or pancakes using the following for my meal plan:

1/2 c Oatmeal
2 whole eggs + 4 extra egg whites
2 scoops of US (Now I use UMP instead)
1 tsp Splenda or similar generic brand

Mix it all in a bowl, add little water for a pancake batter consistency and make it in a non-stick frying pan as thick or thin as you want.

I have the GT Xpress cooker, so I just fill the wells with the batter and in 7 min, it is done.

I have to travel alot therefore, these crepes are convenient and easy to pack on the go. Very tasty too!

Some people may add a dash of cinnamon to the batter, but at times, I have even added yogurt to it. It all depends what your macros and goals are.

Anyway, that is my 2 cents

Thanks

Ultra Size is now available once again! I use it along with UMP. However, how much to use depends entirely upon your goals, in relation to your personal stats. 2 scoops vanilla Ultra Size comes to 34 grams protein, 10 grams carbs, and 9 grams of fat.

If you list your current diet and post some personal info, the members here can give more accurate advice.

Kamaaina!!

Looks like you're staying away from "home" cooking. Not that it is bad, but the quantities...lol

Good to see you posting. That tells me you're staying on track to produce more good results.

Waddup Frank!
Yes, I am still feeling good. Actually I think I pack more food than I do clothes for my trips....hehehe

Sundays I do all my food preparation for meals 3 and 5 with my Nuwave Oven, as I cook all my chicken and lean beef and portion them out...

oops, I just figured out that I am posting in he wrong area.....but other than that, I am doing great and still going at it!

Good to hear from you Frank!
