Hello,
I have been looking at buying some Bev-supp, but don't know which ones to buy. I already have no-explode & creatine & protein. I take my no before I workout. I don't want to take a bunch pills before I workout if they are going to mess with my stomach. I do my cardio in the morning and workout mid-morn. I would like to get lean mass and lose some unwanted pounds around the mid section.

My list of essential supplements:

1) multi-vitamin/mineral pack, I use Beverly's Super Pak
2) protein, Beverly UMP cookies n creme is my choice
3) creatine (Beverly creatine select)
4) glutamine (Beverly glutamine select)
5) EFAs (Beverly EFA gold)
6) Beverly Joint Care (if you have sore joints)
7) antioxidants post-workout (Beverly antioxidant formula)

The above may seem like a lot but I only take creatine and glutamine on workout days.

I will also use mass aminos, Ultra 40 and ZMA from time to time.
