Yes!
This past week the University of Cincinnati announced results of a study related to maintaining brain function (in relation to elderly subjects who showed early signs of memory loss). The results showed that the addition of chromium picolinate (as found in Lean Out) improved brain activity.

Very preliminary finding, but Sandy and I have said that Lean Out is perhaps the single best supplement for your health because of its positive effects related to blood sugar, body composition, cholesterol, and heart health. Now we have another positive benefit.

Does Lean Out have to be taken prior to meals to get the benefits?
Sometimes I can't take it prior to meals so I take it with the meal.
