You should add B-6 when you take your aminos because the B-6 helps assimilate the amino acids once they are in your body before training during after and between meals. WELL with on 20mg of B-6 added to each dose it has made a difference ive been doing this for 5 days now and it looks like a lost a whole % of BF. Make sure to add B-6 to your aminos.
