Has anyone started using Quadracarn yet? The lists of benefits for this product appear to be endless and amazing. Just curious to see if anyone has had any noted success yet with the new product and if so, what dosage and timing strategies are being used.

"I've been to every city in Mexico. I came across an unclaimed piece of meat in Baja, turned out to be Rosie. I guessed he picked a knife fight with somebody better. Found one of your passports to Sumatra, I missed you by about a week at Fiji. But, I knew you wouldn't miss the fifty year storm, Bodhi."

Im gonna start soon and do 2-3 prior to morning cardio, 2-3 with my workout stack and 2-3 at bedtime.

Seems like 2 in between meals would be a nice way to do it too.

Roger told me around 9 per day would be perfect, but also said 6.

Maybe others will chime in.

What are the ingredients in Quadracarn? Is is just L-Carnitine and is taking the place of ER?

I apologize, I totally missed that on the main page. So it's 4 types of carnitine and Gymnema sylvestre. Should this be used in place of the ER and can you take Gymnema sylveste with Lean Out since they are both for blood sugar control?

Thanks
Lisa

haha no problem, I was mainly kidding Robbi. I would direct those questions to someone at Beverly, but my suspicion is yes to both, only in that I think if you were taking Quad you wouldnt also need ER unless you were very deep in a prep and trying to load L Carnitine. Then you could take both, but get those Qs to a bev advisor for a definitive answer.

I just ordered a month's supply to try.

I'm leaning out now; will report after I've used QC a few weeks.

Yeah, I know who it was directed at Jason. But here's the deal, when you communicate you give Cliff notes versions, so why should I read it? LOL. Seriously though, you had me bring in the L-Carnitine later in the pre-comp diet so I thought to ask if it was/is really necessary during the off season. Right now the only supps I am taking are Creatine and Glutamine. Everything else came out of the mix and my pocket book appreciates it. Wink

I took 6 Quadracarn...then 15 minutes later 8 synergy and 2 scoops of Up Lift and then trained chest and tri's.

I had an incredible workout. Got a few more reps than normal and had a ton of energy from workout start to end. My pump was insane....I have been using Synergy and Uplift pre workout for a long time and never had a pump like this.

My .02......

Quadracarn Update

I have had a few of my gym members make the same comment...

They are seeing immediate results...pump, reps, etc...

These are guys that have been training for years and have taken just about everything.

I get my shipment of Quadracarn tomorrow. I'll be using it in a bulking phase where I am attempting to put on lean mass for the next three months. Training will be focused on compound movements in a Bulgarian/Russian weight progressive type routine.

I'll be stacking it with Muscle Synergy, Density, and Glutamine Select, pre/intra/post workout.

Should be interesting! Big Grin

Jason has been using Quadracarn for close to a week now and loving it - he can give more specifics. But we're convinced, so I went ahead and added it to our website. We only like to sell products we've tried and agree with - and this one certainly makes the list! Another great Bev product!

The leaner you are, the more you'll be able to see fast, visible results from Quadracarn. That's probably why Jason is seeing results almost immediately.

For the rest of us, it's a little more subtle to tell if its working at first - you'll notice a better pump, and if you look at your leaner areas like calves and forearms you'll notice they are harder within a week. The increased hardness is everywhere, it's just for most of us that we still have some fat (or thick skin) camouflaging the other areas.

Over time, you'll achieve a healthier, harder physique, continued better pumps, and even an improved mental outlook. Quadracarn is definitely in my supplement program to stay.

Quadracarn has been along time coming. Our products are years in the making because we don’t come out with anything just to have a new product. Our key distinction in this industry is delivering research proven (real world – not just a lab) supplements that meet or exceed label claims. No one else is willing to endure the costs, planning or efforts that this requires.

It’s important to know, that we have access to any ingredient or product that exists (literally). We can make any product in the world that we want. If we don’t make something, there’s a reason for that. Our niche is building muscle and losing fat, and if there’s something that’s truly effective for that, then we have it – or will after it’s truly been proven to do so.

This incredible quality enables us to back it up with our guarantee that’s also unique. A funny side note: you should see when we get the rare return, it doesn’t matter what product, we swarm it until it’s gone. It could be 99% unused and it’s gone in a day or two.
