I have a general question for some of the more experienced BEVNuts who may have some experience with Powerlifting. I am 7 weeks out from another powermeet April 10th. My conditioning is good as I am at 195lbs and plan on being in the 198lb class. I have some pretty high goals for my self at this meet and am trying to use all my knowledge and my BEVNUT friends knowledge as well to make sure Im doing everything LEGAL I can do to set my new PR's and my goals.

I take the following:
4 per meal Mass Amino/Ultra
Uplift Pre workout
3 - 3 times day Lean out/Quadracarn
MP Pre & Post workout

Being that the Arnold is coming up and I get to see my favorite Beverly reps there... any suggestions as to any thing I can add to maybe help me increase strength or give me an extra edge while I train my butt off the next 7 week?

Thanks
Short

Hey Shorty, 16 per day is excellent. I've seen even better results using 24 per day when dieting for shows and calories/carbs were low. I have never sacrificed strength in the gym during those last few weeks, and have even exceeded previous PR's during this time. Lotsa factors at work, including increased mental intensity, but the Synergy was something I could really feel.

God luck man... Smile
