I was wondering if I could some input from some people who are already Beverly users! If I can only afford one product to start off with (I am a new Beverly user), which should I get: Muscle Provider or UMP? I am going to use it primarily as my post-workout shake along with a serving of fruit. Thanks so much!
If you will be using it primarily as a post workout shake, then you should go with muscle provider. UMP is great as a meal replacement shake or taken an hour before bed as it contains casein, slow acting protein. Hope this helps..
