How long can 7-keto musclelean be used for while still maintaining it's effectiveness and do you have to take a break?

Thanks
Lisa

Jason has me cycle it with a YCA stack (Yohimbine which is very effective for leg and glute fat, Caffeine tab, low dose aspirin). That way it prevents your body becoming resistant to it.

Two days 7-keto (2 tabs twice per day), two days YCA (3 x's per day). He has me increase the Yohimbine from one to two tabs at about 3 weeks out from the competition.

Thanks for the response...so how long do you stay on this cycle? I'm curious to know if it's ok that I am cycling 7-keto for 8 weeks, take a 1 week break, then I use Lipo 6 for 1 week, take a 1 week break and repeat the 7 keto....I do this throughout the year.

Thanks
Lisa

I believe this was answered a while back by Rachel Wade, may want to search for posts by "Rachel." I think she stated the creator of 7-keto takes it year round, but thats without the caffeine.

Caffeine obviously wont hurt you in the dosage in keto, but I like to come off stims to let my body reset.

I think 8 weeks is fine.

Now that I'll buy Joe, haha. I guess hearing someone doesn't sweat boggles my mind since I seem to sweat just tyin my shoes. Just finished up with HIIT, speaking of it, a little bit ago, brutal BUT great at the same time.

its really odd sometimes i think there may be something wrong i only sweat from anxiousness or when i dont want to sweat i will, like wearing dress clothes for a wedding and sweating in the pits profusely!!! trying to catch up to steven wade on the mountain bike trails will definitely make you sweat.

i agree with the yohimbine i never gave it enough time before but this time staying with it for five weeks melted my fat butt right off. seriously ask roger i could be ripped everywhere but quads and glutes. this time in a short diet it really trimmed it i was proud to show glute quad and ham development. that was always my weak point

I know the feeling, funny because a few years ago I was WAY too heavy and out of shape. That was one of the final straws to get in better shape, sweating at inappropriate times.... not the gut that pushed me over the edge BUT the sweatin at wrong times.
