Mass and Density are certainly NOT the same product and do NOT have the same ingredients. MASS is a full spectrum amino acid product derived from Casien Hydrolosates and Whey Hydrolosates. VERY expensive to produce. This includes all Essential AND Non-essential Amino acids and when taken with a meal, compounds the effects of the food that you are eating with a higher Nitrogen value in your bloodstream. Which, in not so many words, means a more anabolic environment PERFECT for building and repairing muscle!

Now. DENSITY is strictly your ESSENTIAL amino acids. These are the particular aminos that the human body is UNABLE to produce itself. I believe this product has 10 in total (2 that are non-essential, but add to the absorption and effect of the overall product). This is THE MOST versatile product that Bev offers I believe. Some take it in between meals, some take it with meals, some take it before and after their workouts, and some, my personal favorite, take it DURING their workouts. Why take this during your workout and NOT MASS??? Because they, unlike MASS, do NOT induce an Insulin release during your workout and are assimilated as soon as they hit your gut. Quick absorbtion, and quickly into your bloodstream. This is a CALORIE FREE method of introducing the Essential amino's into your system.

So you see, they are NOT the same product at all. Think of MASS as a "whole Food" product, vs. Density which is a TRUE supplement to your diet.... obviously there is a LOT more to explain here between the two products, but I hope that is a good start for you. Hope it helps?

Congrats on picking up 2 of Bev's BEST!

CHUNKYYYYY!

BOY! Lots of Mass going on here. I know we're not talking Mass Maker, but I just gained a little reading the post. Wink HA! Someone is being smart, and I'm not talking, "intelligent".

Just curious, when talking about Mass, are we talking Mass Aminos or Muscle Mass?

Thanks for your reply.Whats the ideal dosage?I have noticed some take up to 3 or 4 times a day but taking 3 times a day a bottle will last you 10 days and if you take 4 times a day will last you a week .As it is this expensive , so what would be ok, is taking 1 or 2 servings fine and what would be best time to take.

There are several factors, so I'm going to assume you're talking about Muscle Mass.

It is all going to depend on how you diet, timing of meals, etc. If you workout in the AM, 1st dose should be as you're heading to the gym, the next, about mid-training. This would greatly keep you anabolic.

You're either in a anabolic or catabolic state, so using MM around the workout is a great time, in either case, whether you workout in the AM or PM, you're going to be entering the gym at least 1 to 1.5 hours after eating.

Those that will use it 3 or 4 times a day are getting closer to competition where keeping aminos flowing in the system is important.

It has been quite a while since I have used them, but I believe on the label, there is a suggestion for use. Some of Bevs products will be based on lean mass.

Post your height/weight and est BFC or lean mass.
