If I am doing the lower carb diets with the Mon and Thurs carb ups for meal 6, can I use the creatine select or would it be better to wait until I get my b/fat down and use it on a lean gain diet instead of a fatloss diet? I am using the glutamine select right now and love the stuff. I think I'm going to try putting it in a water bottle and sipping on during my workout, like has been suggested elsewhere on this board.

Creatine Select would be fine to use while dieting with low carbs. If your goal is to lose fat, and keep lifts in a higher weight range, it will be beneficial.(performance enhancer) If you are worried about bf% being skewed due to any water retention, just note it could make lean 1-5 pounds higher than what it actually is. You could calculate LM at any of the up pounds and see where you fall if you are interested. Or, just take the bodyweight for face value and note in your mind that the CR Select is working incredibly for you and it is worth it. Energy will deplete at times on low carbs, rest periods seem to be shortened with this new stuff. Maybe this was made for you!
