Looking at all the review for Density, it seems very positive in terms of gaining strength, muscle endurance and fat loss, it makes me very curious and would like to try it too.
As for Muscle Synergy, which is a NO product. I have once used NO product by other company before, but not really impress with it, it's more like getting the pump feeling than to built muscle. However after reading people's review on Muscle Synergy, almost every people gives positive review and swear by it. It makes me wonder how effective Muscle Synergy is.
I'm looking for a product to help me gain strength and muscle, which would be a better one to go in your opinion. Diet is check and all other variables are constant, I'm looking for an edge.
I want to spend my hard earn cash wisely, cost vs effectiveness. Muscle Synergy is very expensive compare to Density.
My suggestion would be to use Beverly's Creatine Select. The HMB in Synergy makes it a great pre-contest, muscle sparing supplement. If gaining muscle and strength are your goals then creatine select will help the most in accomplishing this, plus it is very cost effective.
I guess it all depends on what your diet is like? If used correctly, Density will run you about the same in cost as Muscle synergy will per month.
If strength is your goal then either supplement will work wonders via different mechanisms. Density is to be taken 2-3 tabs between meals which can be cumbersome but which also runs you 10-15 tabs a day which is about 1 bottle every 10 days.... I'm no math wiz, but that is equal if not more than 2 bottles of MS a month....
What is your weight at? If you are lighter, you don't require the full serving of the Muscle Synergy a day which would stretch your dollar a lot longer also?

I'm currently taking Beverly's creatine select, i weigh 160lbs. I'm curious because reading the article from Beverly, Brian Wiefering highly recommend Muscle Synergy.
Go with the Muscle Synergy, but cut your Creatine Select servings in half. I would only do 1/2 a scoop a day if you are also using Muscle Synergy. No point in taking to much creatine.
