Is it ok to start using Beverly supplements, 16 weeks out or should I use some of them, and then gradually add some as I get closer to 8 weeks? I am thinking of taking:
UMP Lean Out: 2 Prior to Each Meal 7-Keto: 3 Upon Waking GH Factor: 4/Morning, 4/Before bed Energy Reserve: 2 Before Training EFA Gold: With Meals 1, 5 Glutamine Select: To use while I weight train |

Hi Michelle, here is what you want to do:
UMP Lean Out: 2 Prior to Each Meal 7-Keto: 3 Upon Waking GH Factor: 4/Morning, 4/Before bed Energy Reserve: 2 Before Training EFA Gold: With Meals 1, 5 Glutamine Select: To use while I weight train Here is a breakdown for you now: UMP: Excellent protien source, use 1-2 scoops as meals 2 and 4 Lean Out: 2 Prior to Each Meal, that is fine 7-Keto: Don't use this product until you start to feel to sluggish on you regular diet. Typically you want to use this 8-6 weeks closer to the end of the fat loss diet phase. GH Factor: I wouldn't use this right away, use it kinda like how I described with 7-Keto. Energy Reserve: Hold off on this one also until about 4 weeks out to help speed along fat utilization. By the time you incorporate this product, you should be close to your goal end point. EFA Gold: Great Product, use it throughout your 16 week diet phase. Just make sure that those fat grams and calories are accounted for. Glutamine Select: Also a great idea throughout your dieting phase. It will help keep your workouts energized and make sure that you are using fatty acids as fuel. Vijay Rock Puri, D.C. |
