Hello All, I have been trying to find the amino acid profile of Nitromine, but Serrano and his team seem to be very quiet (understandably so) about the formula. If anyone has a bottle of this, could you list the ingredients and amounts, or the aminos in descending order??
Chris, I understand they wouldn't want to put ratios on a bottle. However, I really question if a "precise" ratio even makes a difference. To me, it seems that if your body has the necessary aminos (instead of a precise ratio), it would be able to accomplish the same goal (building muscle.)
My reasoning stems from the fact that Serrano wrote an ECD diet that mentioned taking Mass tablets or Nitromine. He mentioned Mass because he knew it was a good product, but you can bet that these products are not even close to identical ratios.
I understand what you are saying completely. But, I believe with a product like Nitromine you are guranteed the exact ratio, so none is wasted, and your body definately takes in 99% of it. With Mass, I love them especially with meals, I believe they help complete the amino acid profile of each meal. But as far as being equal in value, I don't know. I guess it wouldn't hurt to take both the way Dr. Serrano advises while following a new program and see which comes out better. Of course, the second one will probably give less gains, because your body should be adapting to the aminos by then. I may be completely off, but I think it makes sense. Sorry if I rambled to much. Chris
