I am in the process of trying to go from 15% body fat till i get to 8% body fat or my 6 pack comes back from hibernation. I have used lean out with 7 keto before and now looking around at energy reserve as well. I am wondering which i should take lean out or energy reserve both have l carnitine in them which one is best for weight loss. What would you recomend supplementing for myself 7 keto and lean out just curious why 2 products with same active ingredient in it. thanks
Energy Reserve and Lean Out do have the same active ingredient, however, the specific amount of L-Carnitine in Lean Out was designed to be used in conjunction with the other co-factors (biotin, Choline, etc.) in order to control blood sugars while at the same time increase free fatty circulation to be used in the Aerobic and Anarobic cycles. Lean Out is designed for the average person. If your metabolism is a little slow, or you are just a bigger person, than it is a great idea to through in some more L-Carnitine into the mix. Thus the need for Energy Reserve. The addition of an extra 600mg of L-carnitine should do the trick. After all, most fat reducing studies involving L-Carnitine have been proven with doses of 1200mg to 3400mg a day.

Lean Out is generally the best place to start and is for any person needing to lose body fat, retain muscle and keep blood sugar levels stable (who doesn't?). Lean Out is an essential product in most Beverly athlete’s fat loss regimen…probably the first thing they add.
Many combine it with 7-Keto MuscLean (if they can take caffeine), which is going to increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories. It also gives you a little extra energy. Who doesn’t need that on a fat loss diet?
The Energy Reserve, which has a higher concentration of carnitine, is added as calories continue to be reduced and activity is increased. It’s added about 5-6 weeks out from a contest or other strict fat loss goal. Again, increasing the amount of carnitine you are taking once calories start dwindling away and training and cardio is still pumping is crucial for the body to use fat for energy and spare lean tissue.
I take Lean Out during my entire contest prep for 12 weeks. I may take a little break in the middle of a couple of weeks or so, but always get back on it quickly. At 6 weeks out I take 1 ER with each meal and 1 before workouts. At about 3 weeks out I take 2 with each meal and 2 before workouts (along with Lean Out.)
Everything Rachel just said is true. ALLWAYS LISTEN TO RACHEL! She is the bomb!
Just so everyone knows I am currently eating 1 Large Papa John's Specialty Pizza, and a Box of Orange Cream-sickles.... No amount of Lean Out is gonna save me!!! I have a meeting with the Stair Stepper tomorrow morning.

I am new to this site. I have been taking Lean Out for several months and haven't seen the results as fast as I would like, but I am sure it is because I haven't been the best with consistency with taking it. I would like to lose only 10 pounds, but most importantly gain more lean muscle and lose fat. Any suggestions for taking Lean Out? 2-3 per meal? and should I begin taking the Energy Reserve, or is that more for someone who is competing? Also, I noticed that taking Keto with it helps, too. I tried taking the Keto and didn't tolerate it. Anything else that I can do to boost the effects of the lean out without taking the keto?? Thanks and sorry for the long message!!
well i have some questions... isn't energy reserve a substitute energy supply for body builders/weight cutters?? would energy reserve be a sufficient form of energy if a person was attempting to excercise at 20 or so pounds lower than regular body weight? I'm attempting to switch from my current supplements of leanout+n.o. xplode to leanout+energy reserve. would my energy remain about the same?

No. There is NO way that Energy Reserve would be able to supplant NO-Xplode. It is not NEARLY the same thing and a completely different product. If that is your concern, you sould switch to Lean Out + Muscle Synergy.

Instead of reading what the product is called (ie, NOXplode, Energy Reserve, Muscle Synergy) read what the ingredients are in each product and research what they purportedly do. Energy Reserve is simply l-carnitine. Muscle Synergy is CM, citrulline, HMB, ornithine, arginine, and a few other copmpounds. NO Xplode, from what I understand, contains stimulants. Synergy and Energy Reserve are non-stimulant based. I have never heard of any bad side effects from Muscle Synergy, unless one has a sensitivity to creatine monohydrate.
