there is almost an endless variety of creatines on the market, and all sorts of theory on how to take it. No for the Beverly Creatines, I know what the directions say but what do people mix it with to get the most benefit from it?
I haven't ordered any of the new creatine select, but for the plain creatine from Bev, I just throw it in my pre workout and post workout shake. I try to really watch sugar intake as I used to be quite heavy, so when I asked Jeremiah about taking the creatine with some grape juice or something he said no.
I have started to take 5g creatine select with my mid morning (10:00 - 10:30) Ultra Size,then lift @ noon. Another 5g with 5g of Glutamine Select during the last half of my workout. I have stopped the Mass AA's with workouts to experiment with the GS and CS.
