I'm new to Beverly and on my profile I was told to take Ultra 4. Multi vitamins in the past have given me an upset stomach. Does anyone have a problem with the Ultra 4, or a suggestion??

Everyone is different. The multi-vitamin is a package of several pills, including minerals (From Beverly). The Ultra-40 is the same, everyone is affected differently. See how it works for you. I know Ultra 40's do add some strength and help build muscle.

I have problems with multi-vitamins but Ultra-4 eliminates any problem with digesting the vitamins. -- For me it works prefectly. Robert.

Have you tried the 2 in the AM and 2 PM?
