could you take Mass Amino insted of drinking milk and would you know how many would equal a glass a milk?

Mass Amino acid tablets (not muscle mass) are derived from milk, and are pre digested for superior absorption. 8 Mass tabs would be the equivalent to one 8 oz glass of milk, protein wise, and do not contain any fat or carbohydrate.
