Hey, Have been away from the forum for a while. I am considering trying Ultra 40 and Density. Anyone have any success stories to tell about these supps? I am 187 lbs 17% bf. I am currently taking UMP and MP. Goal is 10-12% bf.

Ive used both.. I think ultra 40 is a supp that will produce results over time. A great supp in my opinion. I used it durng the last few days of my last contest prep and it seemed to help make my muscles more full and dense. Density is great too. Personally I think it works best when trying to lean out and wanting to hold onto the most muscle possible. Worked good for me while prepping. Shedded lots of fat with little to no muscle loss.

I just lost all my post!

Ultra 40 has been around for years. It is a staple of a Bev diet. Use them between meals and all day long, or with meals. 30-40 per day.

Density, a lot will like this. I still want Muscle Synergy and stack a few Density with them prior to your workout. I believe that is really the Mass Maker.

Thanks for the help guys! I saw Frank takes 30-40 Ultra 40's per day. Is that normal? Anyone ever have problem with their Liver enzymes being up after taking these supplements? Just wondering.

Many people will increase the Dosage of Ultra 40 beyond the recommended dose of 1 per ten lbs of bodyweight for enhanced results. Ultra 40 should be looked at as a super potent food. It’s been a cornerstone of competitive bodybuilders and athletes for 50 plus years. Actually desiccated liver is considered the most perfect bodybuilding food there is. Don't confuse Ultra 40 with being a supplement that you take for your liver, just because it comes from liver. We take it to build muscle, strength and endurance. Liver enzymes are elevated from numerous things including your diet and most notably weight training.

Ultra 40 is a must. Don't even think about NOT having it in your regular diet. Like Stephen said, it is a perfect bodybuilding food, think of it as a whole egg, with all the benefits and none of the fats!! Cannot beat that!

As for Density, that is a fantastic product and as long as your diet is built for fat loss, Density works like a charm to hold on to that precious lean mass. Try it DURING your workouts!! Phenominal product.... lately I've been doing MASS Aminos during my workouts (20 tabs in total) and the recovery is VERY noticable and much like it was when I had been doing Density during my workouts! You simply cannot lose with Density.
