Another question, kind of on the same lines - years ago I had read that many supplements dosages are based on a man weighing ex number of pounds(I don't remember the weight). Is that the same with the BI product line? With this product, quadracarn, would a female weighing 120# take the same dosages as a man weighing say over 180#? Let's also say the female wants to build muscle, lean out but not for competion.
A 120 lb female should take 3 tabs 2x per day with an optionial 3rd dose of 3 on training days. A 180 lb male is on the cusp of that dosage, but would benefit more by taking 3 tabs 3x per day with am optional 4th dose of 3 on training days. CR
