Should I cycle on and off of Creatine? I also use UMP and Glutamine after workouts.

I have a funny, sinking feeling that if I give this guy the wrong information, he's going to come lookin for me I believe creatine is best used when on a power and mass cycle. I've had great success using the following cycle, as well as recommending this cycle to some powerlifter's in my gym who have been very pleased. It also works well for those who may think they are non-responders. I use Creatine Select + Phosphates. 1st week: loading phase - 20gr per day 2nd-4th week: maintenance phase - 10gr per day 5th week: loading - 20gr per day 6th-8th week: Off Then repeat cycle Another option might be to use 1-2 scoops CS+P before and after training.
