One tablespoon twice a day of psyllium husk mixed with water will do the trick. Cheap, natural, and very effective.

Add that to a protein shake with ice. Not a bad treat.

Stevia Plus by Sweet Leaf also has fiber in it to keep you more regular. I switched over to that for a sweetener and there it increased the "Number 2" frequency. Probably TMI LOL.

2 teaspoons of nonidionized sea salt and two quarts of water will definitely do the trick. Just make sure you don't have anyplace to go. And it's best to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

The fine print on the packaging for those fiber products suggests not taking it with medications as it could dilute the effects. I apply (correctly?) that same reasoning to supplements as well. So, I'm conflicted. Take the fiber product as recommended at night, but OH NO, I have my nighttime sups that have to go down as well.

I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before my first meal. It also helps create feeling of fullness so if you're dieting for a show it can help curb your appetite. If you take it at night, take it after your supplements.

Yes. I have tried it myself. I first learned about this from the Master Cleanser and then looked on the internet for more information. I like it because it's a natural cleanser.

woah! Tried abeauty's suggestion this am with the 2 tsp of seasalt this moring. I didn't mix it with 2 quarts of water but it did the trick with a pint! I actually mixed the seasalt with the Health Plus Colon cleanse...doesn't taste so great but it worked.

be warned of using the seasalt as a cleanser. I did again the other day and it backfired this time!! I retained 11 lbs of water!!! Instead of being flushed out, I held onto every bit of fluid. I woke up looking like I had been on crying jag for a week! My eyes were swollen and I felt like a marshmallow!!! NOT fun!

Sorry you experianced that. I've never had a problem like the one you mentioned, and I've done it back to back.

Jbeanie, did you mix it like you did the first time: a pint of water and Health Plus Colon cleanse? If that's the case it might have been because you didn't use enough water and the combination of colon cleanse with the salt water. My suggestion was 2 tsp of seasalt with 2 quarts of water.

The first time I did it mixed with Colon Cleanse I used about 1 1/2 qts of water...worked like a charm. Did 2nd time with just the 2 quarts of water (that tasted like @$$...so gross) and it worked great. This last time I did 2 tsps with almost 2 quarts of water. Nothing happened within 8 hours so I did again...and that was when I woke up looking like Will Smith from the movie Hitch after he has the allergic reaction to shellfish!! lmao.
