Hi, Im new to the site. I am 48 yo female who has lifted for last 15 years, but waylaid due to shoulder surgery 1 yr ago. As a result, have lost most of lean muscle, more fat, you know the story..... have restarted lifting/cardio/diet regimen, but need guidance on best supplements for person my age to gain muscle, burn fat most efficiently and quickly. Currently on Mass and Glutamine Select. Thanks for any advice!

I’ll address your answer in terms of priority. What is listed first is most important and so on down the list so you can adapt to your budget.

Ultimate Muscle Protein
Lean Out / 7 Keto stack (if fat loss is important)
Glutamine Select
Density (you can use the Mass you have until you run out, then switch to Density)
