Any women here taking EPO and would it be beneficial on a fat loss diet? I know that EPO is an estrogen promoter but I also read that its great for your skin and hair.

Lisa,

There's always a give and take. Upping the estrogen has its downside, meaning you'll have a little more difficulty dropping fat.

HOWEVER, EPO is good in many ways and is part of the good fats needed for fatloss. EPO along with Udo Blend is probably your best bet adding to your diet. As always, too much of one thing wouldn't be good.

There's always that post thinking that, "If one tablespoon is good, 2 tablespoons are better, I think I'll try 6."

Many have found the Udo Blend, adding flax or another oil has really helped them. Oil blends with the omega fats have proven beneficial in many aspects.

Flax and fish oils helped one person I know skip out of a knee replacement due to a joint deteriorating disease. He's running again.

Check out the contents of Ms. Power Pak. Wink (EPO).

Thanks Frank.

Does the Ms Power Pak have enough EPO and flax oil to count for a daily allowance or do I still need to supplement flax oil. Right now I have 1 tsp of flax with meals 1 and 5. where would the EPO fit in?
