why does beverly not have any protien bars?

I was talking with Roger at the Arnold and he assured me that they have tried to make one, but the end product never stood up to Beverly standards. It's hard to maintain the quality of the protein in bar form.

If you need a quick snack, just ingest some Ultra Size "dry."

On that note, Jerrold you could make some US Cake/Bread, it is very good, I am partial to the chocolate. I think there is recipe in that section.

IMHO, aren't protein bars mostly loaded with sugars and a very low grade protein??? i am assuming that is why beverly hasn't come out with one yet.

I live in Cincinnati so Ive had the fortunate experience of being able to meet with the Bev staff on a regular basis, I asked this question and to further the above answer,

yes the bars out on the market are a very low grade protien and held together with mostly binders (sugar) when Beverly tried to make one it was so hard it was uneatable due to the lack of binders and high grade of protein. They tried and tired but couldnt get it to work and meet their standards.
