Urine color is primarily an indicator of hydration levels. This has become a bit of an urban legend over the years that vitamins specifically make your urine green or yellow, etc. Actually food will do the same thing. Drinking beer does too. Urine color is not an indicator that you are utilizing or not utilizing your vitamins.
Sports performance nutritionists recommend drinking enough water to keep urine clear. This is why our urine is usually darker in the morning (even before taking vitamins) than later in the day. I take the same vitamins every day. If I'm somewhere that I can't drink much, my urine is more colored. If I'm drinking water like I should it remains pretty clear.

You do not have to be a bodybuilder to take Super Pak.

Everyone can benefit from a daily multi vitamin. An inactive person may not need the potency levels of the Super Pak, but a person training even a couple of days a week with weights needs a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals to support nutrition, healing and overall wellness. CR
