Helllo,
I have decided to purchase some Beverly products. I am looking for a good stack. I am trying to gain lean mass but not fat. I am 210 lbs 5'11. I do my cardio in the morning and I workout mid morning or afternoon. |

go with the ultra 40 and mass aminos
start with 1 or 2 each per meal and work your way up to 4 with each meal (or more if you can afford it) They'll help the protein utilization of each meal and the ultra 40 will give you some extra bonuses such as increased strength. |
